Robotics 2

Ready to take your robotics skills to the next level? This camp is designed for kids who are eager to explore the world of competitive robotics—without the pressure of actual competition! Using LEGO Spike Prime kits and Arduino microcontrollers, campers will get hands-on experience building and programming robots for tasks inspired by real competition challenges. Throughout the week, campers will work in teams to design and refine their robots, learning essential skills like engineering, programming, and problem-solving. They’ll dive into strategic thinking and iterative design, gaining insight into how robots are built to meet specific performance goals—just like in competition. While there’s no official contest, the camp will simulate the collaborative and creative aspects of competition-style robotics, offering a fun, supportive environment to experiment, fail, and try again. Moreover, campers will learn how to implement robotics components down to the circuitry.
